Through detailed evaluations, I assess everything from workflow inefficiencies to team dynamics, tech adoption, and resident engagement. These insights allow me to provide tailored coaching, streamline processes, and develop targeted training strategies that elevate team performance and improve the overall resident experience.

Using Vyond, I design and produce engaging animated videos that bring learning to life. From instructional how-tos to upbeat promotional content, I blend creativity with clarity to deliver fun, informative experiences that resonate with our teams. Whether it's simplifying complex processes or launching new tools, my videos are built to boost engagement, spark curiosity, and make important messages stick—all while adding a splash of color and personality to every frame.
Instructional Design & Digital Marketing
From eye-catching digital flyers to immersive eLearning experiences, I create impactful content that informs, engages, and drives results. Using tools like Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, I build interactive courses that make learning seamless and accessible. On the marketing side, I design dynamic digital materials that help teams promote initiatives, events, and property highlights with style and clarity.
